On last Sunday went to order coffee for my mum and I as we have done for years. A few months ago my mum had taken back a cold coffee back which Amanda had made,obviously she has held a grudge as on Sunday as I was ordering our coffee she came up to me and said extra hot with a dirty look on her face. I said I was going to talk to manager she then yelled and abused me,worst service I’ve ever received.

I just had the best works burger in Coffs Harbour. The prices are very reasonable and great menu options too. Definitely can’t wait to go again and try there other food options.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wouldn’t even spit on the floor in this joint. Rang prior to coming and was told they are open for another 20 minutes if we come before 3, got there 4 mins after the phone call and the doors were shut. Came in with my 2 poms on a leash and asked if she was open, to her flailing her arms and yelling “THIS IS A HOSPITALITY ESTABLISHMENT YOU CANT HAVE DOGS IN HERE!”

Perfect pitstop, fast excellent food. Great menu with classics and some fun stuff like a surf and turf burger. Staff are great, when we were there they were having a great time laughing about a story the cook was telling!

My Father & I had breakfast at Cassidy’s Cafe and Takeaway we had egg & bacon’s rolls absolutely delicious & we had coffee very nice, the best thing is you can get an egg & bacon roll with a long coffee all for $10 you can’t go anywhere else for a deal like this. Good value for money, lovely food, & really nice coffee

Cassidy’s Cafe is a great cafe with lots of great foods, drinks, and staff. I can personally tell you that their hash browns are the best way to kickstart your day and the chips are also a really nice food there that they cook perfectly!!

Absolutely incredible! Very unassuming little joint, but a fantastic feed, there was enough bacon in my B&E roll that you could have mistaken it for a meat paddy, it was awesome! Lovely staff! Know all the regulars by name, highly recommend.
