Ordered the Canadian breakfast on Sunday afternoon. I sat directly facing the kitchen. Saw that the girl in the kitchen facing behind was preparing my dish. Notice that she was cutting the fruits and plated with bare hands with no gloves. then I saw the same girl using the same right hand to take out a raw bacon which is super unhygienic plus unsafe as I’m pregnant. I’ve told the person in charge I want to talk to the manager about this, manager is not working on Sunday. The person in charge apologies and change the fruits and a pancake for me. However, when the person in charge went in to the kitchen and informed the girl about the incident and making new fruits and the top part of the pancake, they then closed the kitchen door and make the replacement fruit. I pass it to my husband to eat the new served fruit with pancake as I’m not feeling comfortable so I had the scramble egg, bacon and one slice pancake. During the night, I had some stomach pain and mild diarrhoea. Owner or manager, I noticed you have cctv, please check on cctv to monitor staff hygiene in preparing the food to the customer. Have been here before and no problems but this time was very unimpressed. The meals all came out seperately not all together so half the food was cold by the time others came. We got kids pancakes which were frozen and inedible. Overall not happy we spent $80 there for cold food.
