I’ve been going to Fred’s now for many years. The staff are always welcoming and the coffee is undoubtedly the best in Penrith! Whenever I eat there the food is tasty and fresh. The only downside is that they are closed on Saturday… so I have to endure a instant coffee. However, they definitely deserve and need their days off. Grateful

Service: Please do not ask for customer’s name if you’re going to shout out their coffee anyway. Customers make an effort to spell out their names when you ask for it; least make an effort to do the same.

Staff were so warm and friendly. Service was quick. I ordered a jaffle (an Aussie classic!) with baked beans and cheese. The flavour was fantastic. Tumeric and other sources added a warmth and depth of flavour. It worked really well. Very tasty. Great coffee. Food on display was fresh. Good decor and vibe. I wish I lived locally so I could come back and try more of the menu.
