I feel like these guys missed an opportunity. The taste isn’t terrible, but the burritos are a fraction of the size they have on the display, and the chips were soggy and cold, and the container only partially filled. There are some really great options in Sherwood and nearby; hopefully Burrito Bar can pick it up.

Dropped in here with my son for dinner tonight. Had no idea what we wanted. With the help of great staff member, he directed us to the specials, and we added 6 tacos. So much food but my son got through it all! GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE. And it was so quick. And that ice cream bar makes that place even more special. I recommend the fish taco and hokey pokey ice cream (served separate of course!)

Ordered on Uber eats, food was quick to arrive but somehow managed to be stone cold in the 3 minutes it took to get here. “Large” burritos were pretty small and the large fries were half full and didn’t have any chipotle sauce as described. The picture is how they arrived!

technically ordered under smokin burgers n ribs. I got pork ribs and chips and they were decent, but I also got chicken wings and they were genuinely inedible. The smell of the chicken itself smelt like cardboard and glue, I don’t know how chicken can smell like that. The smell itself has given me a headache and I now feel sick. Safe to say I will never be ordering food from here ever again.

We went there tonight as a family as we really fancied some wings and it was my birthday, we live locally. The manager Matthew was really lovely and said that he had just taken on the new management. Well, he is doing a superb job and the food was amazing. My partner is very fussy and is hard to please but no complaints whatsoever from him or my 3 kids. My daughter said it was the best cheeseburger and vanilla milkshake ever and the wings were great (all 45 of them). We will be back for sure. ❤️❤️❤️

Waited 30 minutes for a burrito when there were only other two other customers in the restaurant. Burrito was cold and had absolutely no flavour at all. Chips came out too and were all burnt. Another thing to note as well – Lack of staff and cleanliness of the store was also a bit of a joke with most tables having stuff on them from previous customers. Won’t be coming back again.

I would give 0 if I could. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want food poisoning had raw chicken wings service was awful somehow our fault she forgot to give us all of our order because it was a big order it was for a family of 7. Would hate to see if they were busy. Besides us and one delivery driver the place was empty. Told we can’t get refund on RAW chicken wings I need to come back told her we have already been there twice tonight and she hung upon me. Food looks terrible slipped together with no care. I understand it’s more a fast food chain but there is no way that GYG send out what we just ate. One good thing we did have was the churros lucky I ordered 12 though for the price you are better off getting 12 donuts from donut king!
