What a great spot for burgers! Quite a big menu with plenty of options to keep everyone happy! Quite small inside and not a lot of space for eating in, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces nearby. Otherwise the interior was very neat and clean. The burger was fresh and tasty with good flavours and I didn’t have to wait long. The chips were a nice golden colour with a good crunch but nice and fluffy on the inside. Will definitely be coming back.

Ordered burrito online. Wrong drink, cold mac and cheese bites and a burger patty as burrito filling. Would not recommend this place or their spin off “burrito collective”

Tasty burger but for the price you’d expect chips and a can of drink to come with it, Try it or don’t, you’re probably better off going to grilld or getting a hsp. Kinda like an off brand YOMG, but with less options for the same price

Ordered on a Saturday night, about 25 minute wait. Easy to use app made ordering quick, with any changes needed easy to add/remove. Parking to pick up kind of sucks but it is what it is. Smokehouse burger was bloody delicious and after a 5-10 minute drive home and time to eat, it wasn’t just a puddle of oil like some places. Chips aren’t exactly amazing but still pretty good. Best take away burger I’ve had for years. Price is a little high, but pretty comparable to others in the area.

Staff could be seen handling cash with unchanged food handling gloves and then handling food. Unreasonably expensive for clearly low quality ingredients. Waited twenty minutes, I was the only one in the restaurant, and somehow my food was cold. The milkshakes have the texture of unshaken protein shakes, and leave a dreadful chalky texture in the back of your throat. The onion rings are worse than the ones at hungry jacks for four times the price. The patty in the burger was totally flavour less and drowned in mayo making it impossible to eat in a tidy fashion (which would be acceptable if that amount of sauce was part of how the meal should be made and was effective in making it enjoyable). Extremely upset with this experience, and I genuinely think this place should be severely audited.

Good burgers, a bit pricey, and strange combo, why they charge more and then give you two drinks is a mystery. Points taken off for not having the same range in store that they do online. Ordered burrito from them online which was good, went to get one in store and they don’t do it so had to have a burger, which was decent, but burger shops are a dime a dozen here and I was hanging for a burrito

Ordered from Ubereats multiple times with orders accepted by staff.. Each time the store has been closed when the Uber Drivers have arrived.. If you plan on closing the store do not accept Uber orders you do not plan on fulfilling.

Probably one of the better Burgur places in Frankston. The Burgers were nice and grilled. The staff very nice.

They’ve absolutely over-loaded uber eats (and probably other delivery service apps) with multiple names which are all the same place (Burgur Frankston), just to obviously get more clicks. Makes searching for places on uber eats that much harder. In picture is at least 9, all with the same address. Disgraceful.
