First time trying the new burger joint in our suburb. Was not disappointed. The 3 of us tried all different burgers: mum, dad and 10 year old. We were all rapt; full of flavour, juicy Patties, fresh soft brioche buns. And the chip seasoning was delicious. Even the portion size of small chips was generous. Glad to have such a great option close to home.

Love the food. However, the past two times we have tried to order from here there as been issues. Firstly, you had fun out of buns however your online ordering system had already processed the order. The refund took 3 days to process (aware that isn’t your fault, it’s on the banks) except if you’re unable to make burgers, then your online system should allow the order to be processed. Secondly, your store was closed even though your opening hours say that it should be open. Not good enough.

Unfortunately after patiently waiting 30 mins for our food we asked if it was ready, all staff seemed really confused. It seemed our order was misplaced, which can happen though there were no apologies or anything as we then waited an extra 15 mins for our food.
