Your burgers are delicious. I’ve been coming for 2 days, but I didn’t like when your kitchen staff played on the phone without removing their gloves, using the computer, and then bought cheddar cheese and put it in my hamburger. He needs to pay more attention to glove hygiene. other than that everything is perfect.

I am a frequent because i love this place, In past few weeks i have noticed great improvement in service and quality of food not sure if ownership or management changed but service quality has improved. Now they are consistent, burgers and chips are fresh and the staff at this branch are so pleasant. Waiting time not so long for a 1.30pm lunch (seats are plenty, food takes about 5-10 mins), i sometimes get my food take away too. I love being able to actually see the ingredients I’m eating and finding that the oak lettuce is crunchy instead of soft which is awesome

Whenever I come to Burgerurge, I am treated like I’m royalty. The workers are all so nice and happy to see me as a regular customer. The burgers are always served fresh, hot and made with love and care. The shop is clean and tidy and a great experience for all ages. One of the best restaurant in Dubbo. They really are the Dealers of Delicious!!

Was looking for early dinner with some protein after gym session at 4pm, Dubbo hotel bistros open usually after 5.30pm so chose this burger place, it has convenient parking as its next to Coles… first time visitor. very friendly and helpful cashier, the guys were busy with lots of take aways but kept their friendly attitude… small mistake with my order they fixed immediately, with apologies and nice quick chat about my travel plans, good to see this way of handling the situation even during busy time had their byron chic and buffalo cauliflower bites, happy with both choices

11 months on the three of us that ordered that day have never been back and never will…K-PORK wow what can I say $32 for a burger sweet potato fries and a solo. The pork was little small chunks in the burger container none of it was on the bun. It was warm and hardly any of the Korean sauce. Sweet potato fries were good. Absolute rip off three of us ordered the same and were all pretty much said no more Burger urge. Never again lost me as a customer forever because of this rip off..
