Excellent burgers! The patties are so juicy and their buns are very nicely toasted. Milkshakes are great too! I had a double cheese burgie with an egg. Admittedly, i do feel as though their haus burger is way too big to eat with your hands and it’s difficult to appreciate the burger as a whole.

As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us so politely. Service was truly amazing. Atmosphere was awesome. The burger we had, a chicken schnitzel burger (No caramelised pineapple). It was the best burger I have ever had. Definitely going there again. Love the positive vibe.

Ordered a Summer loving burger from Sorell store tonight, only to find out the meat was charred, missing caramelised pineapple & no avocado or the beetroot that was an extra, instead replaced with onion rings. And soggy cold battered chips, poor quality burger.

Very disappointed- after waiting 45 mins (ok, it was a Friday night but still it’s a burger!) our burger patty were underdone and bland, the dried out brittle bun broke apart after 1 bite (went through 10 napkins trying to eat it), paid $1.50 for 1 tiny piece of beetroot (size of 50c piece) the biggest disappointment- $8 for 12 chips that were full of oil (that dark wet colour chip) and cold. Burger cost $18+ and I expected better – so much staff in the kitchen but took sooo long – why?. Customer service was good but doesn’t make up for an over priced burger and disgusting chips. Spent over $45 for 2 burgers a tiny bowl of chips (no sauce) – that’s way overpriced for what we got. Sorry burger Haus –
