Poor customer service. No acknowledgement of customer presence – watching blonde woman put on an apron and wash dishes while customers waited. Group left after waiting for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Slow service. Dimly lit. Long line that cannot be serviced efficiently causing blockage at other sites.
