Friday night family dinner on Valentine’s Day with wife and son. Service was very good and the food for the entrees and main courses was very good and spiced to the level requested, 1 mild, 1 medium and hot vindaloo fish for me. We all had the prawns for entree , they were freshly cooked and very enjoyable. Thanks for a great meal, we will be back.

We ordered butter chicken extra mild with spinach cheese naan bread and garlic and herb naan bread, rice, it was the most delicious Indian food ever, the only other that I tasted Indian cousin as amazing as this was on Broadbeach awhile ago. Our meal was extra mild as we requested, but next time I might ask for more heat, it was on time we got it takeaway. I’m definitely going to add this to my favourite takeaway.

Very disappointing experience. Had attended the shop earlier this evening, around 5pm to pay for and schedule a pickup for 7pm. When I arrived back, I stood in the shop waiting for over half an hour before staff offered assistance so I could let then know I was there to collect the order. Then waited another 10 minutes. Shocking and unacceptable waiting time. There were also items (garlic yoghurt & papadums) left out of the order that were paid for but by the time I realised there is no way I was going back. The samosas were not cooked all the way through, inside was uncooked dough still sticky and moist – not at all edible. Curries were average. This is definitely not good quality Indian food. Terrible service. First and last time I have tried this place and have to say honestly we will never be returning.

Having passed this area many times, I saw this new restaurant there and realised that it’s the BOMBAYBLISS that’s has many branches in Brisbane. I am so happy to see Bombay bliss in tweed as well, so I went in to see if they are as good as the one I used to go in Chermside, their curries are amazing and sauce simply out of this world, large selection …chef very experienced.

All the cuisines were fresh and refreshing. Chef gave a home-made feeling using the best quality ingredients .

Very bland flavours and textures. Chicken felt like it had been boiled, frozen then boiled again. Tasteless. Textureless. I sincerely hope they improve.

The chicken and the paneer curry tasted exactly the same with the oil floating on top of the chicken curry. The staff did not offer takeaway specials which were clearly available.

Delicious, fresh food. The naan bread was the best we’ve ever tried, as judged by the kids. Thank you

Notice that all the following reviews are 2 months old. Since then things must have changed. If you say ready in 25 mins and it is an hour later with no explanation. Would you return?
