Located in the very heart of the National Wool Museum in Geelong, let us tell you a tale while you indulge in all that the Geelong region has to offer. Think twice before booking your special occasion here. I made a dinner reservation over 2 months ago for my daughters birthday. I did it so far in advance because it was a special occasion and I didn’t want to miss out for that particular evening (which is next week). After I made the booking I received the confirmation email and everything was in order. Earlier today I get an email saying the manager made an error and they have a private dinner booking that night and requested I change the day. I was shocked to be honest. So they realise less than a week out that the whole restaurant is booked and need to cancel our reservation . I wrote back straight away and asked if there was anything we could do because it was an important booking to us. I never received a response. Now I have to break the news to my daughter has been so very much looking forward to her birthday dinner and hopefully find another restaurant in time. Pretty bad!!
