Rang and made a phone order. Went it to pick up. The shop itself is uninviting. The food was blah. The hamburger rolls aren’t fresh, the meat patty is a pre-fab thing, and the BBQ sauce is a horrible smokey BBQ sauce.

What a beautiful location. I just stopped for a coffee and wasn’t real confident once I went inside but I was pleasantly surprised and it was one of the best coffees I’ve had for a long time . Let me tell you I am very hard to please when it comes to coffee! Once I started a conversation with the gentleman he was extremely friendly and we had lovely chat. You know I read some of these reviews and yes this man was sitting down too when I arrive however there was no one around either so why shouldn’t he be having a little rest while he can or maybe he has some injury that requires him to sit down too.

Horrible atmosphere and service. People don’t event look at you nor reply any “thank yous” … terrible coffee, an OK banana bread and muffin. And honestly, $3 for babychino is quite a joke.

They’re located in a premium location yet the place looks run down and not very appealing. No complains on food or their service. Just that they could be a good competitor to the Boat house with a good facelift and revamp.
