Friendly staff, nice and comfortable environment, good price, nice size meal, but there is a missing in the food quality like bacon and syrup seems to be very cheap, hollandaise souce was just mayo, no flavour of the real eggs benedict, no nice flavour of the syrup from the pancakes as well. Everything seems to be good, definitely I’d comeback if those things improve.

First time eating at bite club, with our family and our experience was undesirable. Under staffed. Service was very slow, we were told food would take 15-20mins, we waited over an hour.

We went to Bite Club today for a family lunch. We waited at least an hour for our food and when it started coming out, they had forgotten one of the orders and tried to imply that we had never ordered the meal. It was a cheese pizza for a four year old so as anyone with kids can imagine, trying to keep them occupied for an hour when they’re really hungry is not easy. The establishment was significantly understaffed given it was a Saturday lunch time (only one person taking orders, waitressing, making coffee and taking payments, and one person out the back cooking the meals). It was one of the worst experiences we have had when dining out and we will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone else.

I went to this restaurant today with two friends the owner was quite rude to her male staff member who was nothing but polite,friendly and helpful. The food finally came out 25 minutes later it was cold over cooked and disgusting we informed the owner who just said oh we’re busy we still paid for our drinks and left no apologies nothing we will never eat here again

Just had lunch. Won’t be back. Over priced and over packaged. No hand towels in either toilets, girl friend the food was disgusting and staffs were very unfriendly.
