My partner ordered this evening, the man who served him was rude and blunt, it was meant to be a gnocchi bolognaise and a ravioli carbonara, instead we got a ravioli bolognese and a gnocchi carbonara. The best pizza joint around Ringwood area and surrounding suburbs , always delicious hot and fresh , so many pizzas to choose from , generous amounts of topping in any flavour/type , very quickly made in under 15 mins usually , great staff as well , never had a problem with an order being made wrong , so many other snacks and desserts too , love this place , we’ll done BIG PAPA’S .

When ordered it was going to be 25-45 mins, after an hour and a half I called and copped a “We are busy alright we’ll get to it”. When I called back again 2 hours after ordering was still told it hadn’t left for delivery, I said well I’ve never waited 2 hours for a pizza before, could have just been honest about delivery time at the time of order, guess you will be throwing in a garlic bread or discount? and copped a “We’re not a charity, we’ll get to it when we get to it don’t you forget I know your address so don’t threaten us to make you give a discount”. Pizzas did arrive after 2 hours and 20 minutes, they were as basic as the guy on the phone threatening people trying to figure out whats going on after 2 hours. Quality establishment.

This is the best pizza we have found. We gladly bypass about 4 other pizza places to get here. Generous toppings. Highly recommend the salmon pizza and super supreme with anchovies. Not oily.

All the boys at the club been ordering here for years and happy to say that the quality of pizza has improved a truckload since the new owners took over recently. New gourmet pizzas are awesome aswell. Had a chat with the guy there, has been working in the industry for over 15 years. They clearly know what they’re doing. Definitely recommend.
