Great flavour with the burgers and chips. Shake was pricey, burgers were not much bigger than a cheese burger. Downloaded the app to order, but when substituting fried chicken for grilled chicken, it just added to the price, not subtracting the item removed. Could also tell that the ‘grilled’ chicken was boiled then grilled from bits in the bottom.

I like the burgers here… though expensive!!!! Nice relaxed atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. During busy times, you can be waiting for food a little longer than expected. Gluten free buns, large menu selection, drinks in tap ($4 for small coke).

My friend and I sometimes come down to have some good burgers. Betty’s burgers always has such a good vibe and atmosphere to it. We always have the crispy chicken burgers as they are the best! The onions rings were fine, although they were greasy and wasn’t as crispy. The fries were sorta like the macca’s fries, but better. For a chocoholic, i really enjoyed my chocolate thick shake. I love sweet, rich chocolate flavours and this drink satisfied me.

The wait is fine I guess as it took nearly half an hour for 2 burgers. The staff are nice and efficient. Very welcoming. There’s a lot of choices for everyone even a vegan option. The patty of the burgers I got is a bit soggy and sad but the inside is fine. The chips were warm but still feel like they’re a bit undercooked the onion rings are fine for what you pay for but so far it was an experience. Would come back again.

food was decent not a long wait. however tables were dirty even tho staff was busy sitting with friends chatting. at 8.10 over heard staff member say to friends “help me get these people out of here” so they rudely exaggerated leaving and made us feel very uncomfortable even though we had not finished our food we packed up and left. not happy and very dissatisfied. was one of my favourite places and don’t think i want to return now.

Dined in at Betty’s for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The service was great and the server Annie sat our table and had great customer service. Food was good with a short wait time, and the shakes were good as well.

2 stars because when we actually get what we ordered it is good. My partner and I used to love Betty’s but now, everytime we order there is something missing. Considering how expensive it is to add extras it would be useful if what we actually paid for came with our order. I think we are owed about 40 dollars worth of sauce, at least. Tonight I received a burger with a piece of chicken half the size of the burger, no cheese, no sauce and brown lettuce. Read your dockets.

First time try bare Betty’s Burger with no sauce but super yum , it’s best option for keto. All burger are good, i love add krispy prawns.

We were served by Maddie, she was so wonderful and was literally the nicest person I have ever been served by. We didn’t know what to order and she was so helpful with helping us decide and we absolutely loved what she recommended. She deserves a pay rise!!
