The burgers are amazing! Great flavour and were delivered fresh. Onion rings and chips are also great. Didn’t visit the store, but I imagine that it’s the same standard as most Betty’s.

The food is pretty good considering the prices are pretty up there. It is American style burgers and food. The food is a little greasy but tastes good still. There isn’t too long of a wait as they pump the food out fairly quickly. The venue is quite nice and kept clean. The staff are friendly also. You can sit at tables inside or outside. If you are looking for some American food this is probably your best option.

We had Shroom Burger and Betty’s Classic with french fries and onion rings on the side we also had speacial sauce which was the only good thing, really flavorsome a little bit sour but that is good. Shroom Burger was quite watery and had weird sweet taste to it. Betty’s Classic more or less okay but the patty was very thin and dry.

Love that this bettys has halal friendly options. The beef and chicken are halal, but just have to request the staff to cook and handle it separately to the bacon + also ask the grill to be cleaned prior to cooking the halal meats. For halal options, also avoid items that are beer battered.

I love Betty’s Burgers Melbourne however I was very disappointed with the service this time. Staff members were not friendly and the service was quite poor. Food in general is good a bit pricey. Atmosphere can definitely improve retraining the staff.
