It is so beautiful restaurant, I ordered pasta by prawn sauce and I asked them to take off chilli ️ but they didn’t and they didn’t tell me if they can’t do that or if they can. It is good but I have not eaten it.

Great meal I had? Had a family party and everyone was happy with their meal. Actually another party was booked from one of my guests. Service was great and was nice to have owner come and talk to us. Even at times where I know finding workers is hard and two staff didn’t show up they did a great job? Pizza was to die for and meals were just as nice. See you soon!!! Big thank you to the awesome staff at Benvenuti! Had a get together with a few mates tonight and they were happy to accomodate a large booking at short notice, the place was full from wall to wall and considering the amount of staff that were on, the waitstaff and the food was spot on, one of the best Parmas I’ve had.

We have been here a few times for large family celebrations, this time it was Mother’s Day and the team did really well. The meals took a while to come out but with a full restaurant they did well and we had more time to enjoy. The staff amazingly friendly and helpful despite apparently 3 staff didn’t show up for shift.

Absolutely appalled at the service. Couldn’t get my order right with a simple caesar salad that has no anchovies and the egg was cold as ice. Apparently they don’t cook eggs, they’re pre boiled. All the waitress offered with apology was ” lovely”

Disappointing… Went for my birthday dinner last night. 12 adults & 1 child all ordering mains as well as extras ( one kids meal deal) No one came to ask how our meals were or if we needed anything else, bar & kitchen closed without warning, Therefore the child was not offered her ice cream (part of the kids meals deal). Ok, even if we want to not worry to much about the above, they lost me at the $1.50 per person fee for serving my bday cake LOL… cake brought out not lit, it was a donut tiered cake, so we served it ourselves, no plates nor spoons were needed and you still charge us. Not morally right. We brought you in over $400 and that’s the “thanks for coming ” we get.

Have come here multiple times for birthdays and celebrations and also just for casual lunches & dinners. The food has always been great, the drink selection quite good and nice atmosphere. Parking is super convenient with an oversupply of car parks surrounding the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Sunday Lunch, barely any lights on , lovely staff. Pizza base tasted like it was bought from the supermarket it was awful. The crumbs on the calamari was awful. It was thick , the calamari was nice, just the crumbing is awful.

Went there tonight with the family for a birthday, and we ordered three pizzas, all had raw dough when I had brought up this to one of the staff. The pizza had just been re-cooked burning it, with raw dough still on the inside. About half an hour later, I got sick… disgusting

I think they have definitely updated their chef or management so if you were disappointed 3years ago like i was (pre covid) try them out again. I’m happy I gave them another go. The food tasted fresh and was prepared very well, the staff were friendly & kind to my children.
