95% of all the ingredients we use to cook your meal are grown in Australia because Australia has the toughest regulation regarding use of pesticide and insecticide. We do not use mass produced sauces from overseas. We have very good knowledge of herbs and spices as such we make all our sauces and spice blend ourselves. We cook for a living and live to cook and eat curries. We have been cooking in Brisbane since 1981. We cordially invite you to eat our curries and be the judge yourself. Cheers from the Amen family. Hands down the worst meal I have ever eaten. I’ve tried chicken tikka Masala at numerous Indian restaurants over the last 30-40 years & I’ve never received 1 in a pink/brown colour. Also very weird with white sticky rice as opposed to the normal pilau rice you get at every other Indian restaurant. Had to throw it away & order another meal from a different Indian restaurant. I just hope I’m not up all night being sick

YUM! I can definitely recommend the Bengal Curry House. Their Shahi Korma is the most delicious curry I have ever eaten! My 5 year old son told them it was the best meal he had eaten in 10 years hahaha

Came here expecting a nice Indian curry what I got was over cooked chicken with sauce that wasn’t even chicken tikka masala the samosa where the wrong shape they tasted nasty daal curry looked like baby food only decent thing was the rice and can of coke I had took 45 minutes to bring our drinks and another 15 minutes for our starters altogether waited a whole hour for our meal when we were the 1st ones in the restaurant if it wasn’t for my partner wanting to stay I would have left definitely won’t be returning

Wow!! Just wow!! Cannot believe I haven’t been here before. The most authentic Indian i’ve ever eaten. We got meat samosas as an entree and they were amazing. The chilli sauce with them was even better. For mains we got beef korma and lamb vindaloo. Both meats just melted in our mouths. Will be back many times.

All curries are gf! Friendly staff. Ordered butter chicken and Rogan Josh. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The sauces were awesome.

Back again after a move 3 years ago. We had longed for it when we were gone, and lo! even after 3 years it was as perfect as we remembered. Salivatingly delicious food. Not to mention the perfect hand made flaky Paratha to accompany it all. Best ever!

Bar none, this is the best indian food I have ever had. I would happily gain a belt size with this food. proportions generous, so tasty, well , and, my goodness, the best I have had. curry was cold and soggy, found staple in my curry, my curry chicken wasn’t cooked correctly, the spice was wrong in my curry. the naan was good but everything else was a solid meh. if this was a prank, was not funny.
