I usually only give good reviews but unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I feel like if you’re running a business you should try and give your best to your customers. This is the most least filled Banh Mi I have ever had and the bread was old/not fresh and not crispy at all.

Tried the banh mi. The bread is nice and crunchy. For me it’s just lacking a few things, I can’t taste the pate & there’s not enough soy sauce. I can understand that she doesn’t want it to be soggy but it could use a tad more. But I would get it again if I was in the area. I could eat banh mi everyday.

Olivia and her lovely family make the freshest banh mi and rice paper rolls. Generous fillings. So quick and made fresh while you wait. Always greeted with a smile and a quick chat. Be quick as she does sell out some days.

This is an unfortunate review because the food is actually quite good. I ordered two vegetarian rolls, she said ok and charged me 17.50. Then she calls me to collect when ready and I ask “are these 2 rolls?” coz the bag looked small, and she said yes. I leave the place and I look in the bag. There is only one roll. I go back and I say I asked for 2, there is only one here, and she says oh you want one more? So she makes another one and then she says “you’ve already paid for the second one”… at this point I look at the menu for the first time and i see that a vegetarian roll is 7.50 so I should have paid 15 for two… instead of 17.50 for one. I took the second roll and left. They’re good, but I really didn’t appreciate the shenanigan. No going back.

Our go to once a week lunch takeaway spot. Always quick, easy, and consistently delicious banh mi’s from here! We order the chicken banh mi & prawn summer rolls each time. The owner and her family are incredibly nice to speak to as well 🙂

These rolls are great every time. They know their rolls. Crispy pork is available some days from 11am. Love it!

First time eating here. Just had a chicken roll with light chilli. Very clean restaurant and the ingredients tasted fresh. Customer service was friendly and she made the roll so fast! Fairly cheap prices as well.
