We were on a two week road trip of Tasmania and a friend recommended the scallop pies at Banjos Longford. Being pie tragics (we test the pies in every place we visit) we couldn’t pass this one and we went out of our way to get to Longford. Our verdict on the Scallop Pies… 10/10!
