I am appalled. I went to my local Bakers Delight to purchase the weekly loaf of bread and the occasional treat. The staff were absolutely divine as per-usual. However, the sales manager, “Michelle” seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was very blunt when talking to myself and other customers.

Thank you to bakers delight Queanbeyan for helping me in the fifth hour, the management and staff were wonderful, especially a young man named Brayden . I had ordered dinner rolls from another bakery but they failed to deliver so I had to reorder for my dads funeral needed for the next day . Brayden and staff went over and beyond to help me out , they organised the baker to come in earlier and then took my order with a discount added. I went to this destination and was indeed upset when i gathered the bread, the person who served me was scott, i do not recall his last name. when i got this bread of mine it was disgusting because of the amount of bread i got. it was dramatically disapointing when i got home to make myself some bread on toast, the bread on the toast was just to much for me to handle, after this i ended up getting constipated. when i went back to complain someone called Charlie met me at the counter, i told him my story and he laughed at me then turned to his partner, i couldnt see his name tag, they shared a look i could never forget. after this turned trauma i was scared of bread and people who worked with bread because of this i had to go to a theriopist who ended up ripping me off. however this isnt a story about my life this is a story about this particular insident that ended up changing my life.
