I went to this bakery yesterday and was overwhelmed and confused on what I wanted. My “friend” being as Indi as she is, doesn’t eat bread, so she was no help in the matter of navigating my way through the endless opportunities of of a wheaty outer layer, But here is where the friendly, smiley Eliza offered her exquisite recommendation. I was beside myself with excitement that my mission had been accomplished!
