It was early afternoon when we dropped by the Convent Gallery and decided on late lunch at their onsite cafe. Place was bustling so my expectations were high. Menu was a bit overpriced for the quality of food and service. Seems like only one lovely lady serving for the whole cafe so it was understandable. I can’t find justification on the food and its pricing though.

Came here for lunch and ordered Eggs Benedict $28 on English muffins ($4 of each is for addition of ‘ham off the bone’). Unbelievably the presentation of the dish was largely underwhelmed and I got 2 slices of ham from supermarket on the plate. Certainly not what I am expecting out of Convent.
