This guy is definitely a chef as it shows in the flavors and preparation of his pies and pasties I’ve tried so far. Every single one I’ve had accentuates the principle ingredient and the main meat isn’t overpowered. Today I had a venison pie, and from a culinary perspective it was fantastic as the unique game flavour of the meat was RIGHT in the forefront.
