Beautiful pizzas made with premium ingredients. The base was fantastic; great texture and not soggy or oily. Great value and best pizza in Ballarat I’ve had in a long time. Very friendly and warm customer service, will definitely be back.

Easily the best pizza in Ballarat. Always cooked properly, never oily, higher quality of ingredients then the other pizza places around. The shop is clean, barely a spec of dirt to be seen (and you can see the entire kitchen from the counter). The staff are polite and the pizza maker looks to take care when making every pizza.

Delicious pizza, ready quickly (even on a Saturday night, ordered around 530pm), and I love that they use actual slices of ham rather than the short thick strips you get in many other places. My partner thought the base could do with a little more salt but we both loved the ciabatta like structure of the pizza base (my favorite type: thin with a crispy edge) and the pizzas overall. We had the prosciutto fungi, Macedonian and Hawaiian. They have 3 or 4 tables inside but it’s mainly focused on take away.

Overall pretty good pizza, had a Hawaiian and a BBQ Meatovers, the Hawaiian was covered in delicious lumps of pineapple and really stringy mozzarella cheese, with real pieces of ham on a great soft doughy base, the meatlovers was much the same with mozzarella and ham, as well as bacon, but also a tomato base? A bit strange for a BBQ pizza, I’d say compared to Pinkys who used to be here. This is pretty much on par. Especially handmade fresh bases. The only downside is it is a little pricier, $41 for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread is not cheap. 4/5 stars.

Stopped here tonight for a quick dinner break and wanted to eat donuts but they only sell it by dozens and I wanted just 1 so I decided against it . The owner surprised me with two freshly made donuts and didn’t even charge me for it even after I insisted. Thankyou for the kind gesture and the exceptional hospitality:)

Donuts and churros were amazing, but the pizzas just weren’t good (cardboard crust and lacked flavour). Can get higher quality pizzas for cheaper at other stores.

Got the garlic prawn pizza tonight. It was absolutely incredible, very flavourful. The italian donuts were fluffy, crunchy and amazing!! Such a good little store with warming owners. Will definitely revisit 🙂
