For some of my guest in this group, this was their first experience dining and I think you ticked the box for one of the best meals of their life. My mother who has spent her entire life in the restaurant industry, didn’t even have one complaint which never happens. She ate everything gleefully and with total enjoyment, so thank you and compliments to the chefs and staff for making this truly a treat and a memory we will never forget. I’m so happy we went with the truffle menu. One of our guest was a vegetarian and her dishes looked too good to even eat. Artistry at its best in presentation. I’m not much of a dessert person and the chocolate dessert was so delicious and interesting in texture and taste. Wines we selected and that were suggested were very nice. If I could give Michelin stars, this would get at least two, but probably really deserves three. That’s how amazing the meal and experience was.

I love dumplings so much! The soup is very delicious, very similar to the beef soup in Chinese cuisine. The lamb chops are cooked just right, very tender and delicious, and the scallops are fried just right, I like it very much. The bread is okay, the service is good, the meal time is probably more than two hours, hurry up, the scenery is perfect. Very high-end restaurant, five stars.

A lovely dining experience at Aria for our birthdays. We had the tasting menu for $270pp. Food was tasty and all the waitstaff were lovely. Highlights for us were the appetisers, Peking duck consomme, and the chocolate dessert.

I had an amazing birthday dinner at Aria on a Monday night. Service was amazing as always – sommelier recommended perfect wines to match our foods and our preferences. Food was incredible, portions were generous for fine dining and presented beautifully. Standouts were definitely the scallop hot entree and duck main course. Overall, had a lovely experience at this restaurant. We celebrated an anniversary and did the set menu. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. They also provided additional smaller dishes throughout each course as a palette cleanser which was nice too. The staff were very attentive and would be available for us to ask questions, take orders and remove plates etc. They also made an active effort to make small talk and conversation which showed that they were interested in getting to know us as well.
