We celebrated Mother’s Day here today. Welcomed at the door by Hudson who showed us to our table. He introduced the Mother’s Day menu and was very pleasant. He made a few sweet comments, which was a nice touch. It was very busy, but the staff made the service very personalised.

My meal came after everyone else at the table was finished! As we sat waiting on the dessert, I watched the waitress walk past the table 4 times without removing our dirty dishes. The wait was so long we left before the dessert ever came.

Service always seems very slow ay the AC. The food was really nice and was serve very quickly which was nice. But it’s a mission to find a staff member for example a drink or kids ice cream. Thistle park for the kids is OK and has a camera to monitors inside which is handy.

The food is great, normally pop in every Thursday night for date night as the experience is always pleasant. But unfortunately tonight we were missing our garlic bread from our order, received our entree as per normal we’re great as always, but no garlic bread. 🙁 absolutely heart breaking. Hopefully next visit we get what we pay for, otherwise was a good visit.

I didn’t have a meal at the tavern, but had drinks in pokie room with friends. We left to go elsewhere and I inadvertently left my wallet behind. Came back 2 hours later and the wonderful Hudson had my wallet at the bar. Thank you so much, you are a legend

Booked for a group of 12 people and ordered meals via the app as the line was 10 people deep. Although we were all seated at the one table each order came out separately the last group of meals came out 45 mins after the first group. Defeats the purpose of going out as a group if everyone is eating separately. Understand they want to reduce wages and push people to use the app however there is a clear issue when you wait over an hour for your meals and the line to purchase a drink is 30min wait with only 2 people serving. Meals are not cheap you expect some service.
