We were brought here as part of an Afghan food tour run by Dandenong council, and the food here is AMAZING! The lady who owns the restaurant looked after us and brought us pretty much everything on the menu and every dish was just perfect. There were a few spicy dishes, but nothing that was uncomfortably hot, all the lamb was just falling apart, so well cooked and moist.

Omg the best place for real afghan food. Best service to experience afghan food & atmosphere. Family orientated as well. Not only they will serve u but through out the service staff will ask you if you need anything and if food is good. The customer service was great, the food was yum and affordable. The staff was really friendly and helpful, great atmosphere for family dinner. We were having dinner and staff came to ask if we needed anything or to ask if we liked the food (just to check on us) we felt sense of belonging and sense of caring from the owner. I will highly recommend it and I’ll come back again. Thank you Afghan Kitchen team. Keep it up.
