We have been ordering take away for years with this business. Always pleasant on the phone and in person. The fact that front staff is young (as some people mentioned in their review) doesn’t bother us. Customer service is spot on. The owners are nice. The food is always good, and ready for pick up, no complaints.

An absolute institution. Their young staff who may be in their first ever paid employment are attentive and incredibly helpful. My Mongolian Beef was delicious and the chicken in my chicken and corn soup was so full of flavour. It’s truly a comfort to come home to Emerald and have ABC.

Lovely short soup, sweet and sour pork and kung pow beef. Different to the run of the mill Chinese as its made in house so don’t expect strong heavy flavours full of msg. We really liked it. The kung pow was as good as we’ve tried.

Overall a pleasant enough Chinese restaurant with a good amount of food served. It was clean and tidy inside but needed a little more style to it as it was ordinary decor wise. The food was good, not terrific. The best way to describe it is that it was a little bland and lacking in taste. I had prawn toast which was OK-bland, fried rice which was ok-good, and a battered deep fried beef dish which was tough going. This dish was a slow eat due to being a bit overcooked and chewy. Not a lot of any particular flavour in it.

Would probably be the worst Chinese we have ever tasted. The sweet and sour pork was bitter and half the pieces of pork had no sauce over them and the ones at bottom of container were mush. Honey chicken you mean to say just battered chicken 3 pieces of chicken had honey on them. The fried rice my wife and I could not stomach it, tasted nothing like friend rice and had a disgusting aftertaste. Will not buy again as we just wasted $57 for a meal that got thrown out.
