Drove thru the drive thru service on the 31st July 2023 at Roma told the driveway attendant I had three individual orders, she said place your orders, after the first two orders she said sorry can’t do three only allowed to do two orders. I drove to the window to pay for the two meals, asked could I make a third order again at the window was told no sorry I did not take your order, but will take payment. Unbelievable, the driveway attendant was rude, it shouldn’t matter how many orders you want your paying for it. To be told that is an absolute disgrace. I parked my car walked inside to place my order, to be asked by a worker do you have money or card, I replied card why?

Unfortunately, I’ve become accustomed to the McDonald’s in Roma. Without failure…they never seem to surprise me! A freind and I went through the drive through to order, when I opened my burger…the photo is what I saw! Why anyone would think it’s alright to serve such a bun to a paying customer is deplorable to say the least

Absolutely disgusting waited over 20mins in the drive through for 3 ice creams and some chips. Asked the manager why it took so long and she said they were very busy and just laughed with another co worker.

2nd time in 3mths we dared to enter a McD – this time Roma, Qld. Yep, service poor, coffee just warm, overcharged & no egg on bacon & egg toastie. That’ll be the last time we frequent McD in any town in Australia!

I am so disappointed. 3 am I expected order to be correct. Double McChicken meal. Chips were soggy and unflavoured, burger turned out to be a Cheese burger of sorts. Not fresh, soggy in the bun. Consisted of one patty of beef and 2 slices of cheese only. At this hour and travelling I could not be bothered returning to change and complain.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Mackers. Gaye had a crispy chicken wrap…hold the sauce and mayo. I had 2 x $2 bergers. We had 2 pensioner free flat white coffees. It was great and the top staff too. We loved it. Lee.
