I walked past this restaurant and saw the “open” sign. It’s a big restaurant apparently and the gave me lunch menu.

The appearance of the restaurant caught our attention from outside to inside. It is very warm inside because there is a wood fireplace. Food is very tasty and flavorful along with a very nostalgic placemat.

First time I’ve seen a Chinese restaurant list items that are GF Gluten Free on the menu. And the food was great!! Perfect dinner for a through trip to Dubbo.

Service was good. The food was more Australian than Asian quite bland. The size of the dishes was large. I don’t think I will eat there again. I was forewarned though, a Chinese restaurant that has no chop sticks on the table is not really a Chinese restaurant!

Great Australianised Chinese food. Cooked fresh and not too oily, salty or sweet. We had the prawn crackers, spring rolls, honey king prawns, satay chicken, sweet & sour sauce and jasmine tea.
