‘Local cafe & Restaurant with a soul’ is what we like to be called since opening seven years ago, Owners and her team pride themselves on having a vibrant, welcoming vibe. 8Knots won the ‘Best Cafe & restaurant award in 2020. 8Knots is part of the ‘YQME, Uber eat and bundle fresh app so customers can order from their phones and just call in and collect. Our deck and beautiful sunny outdoor area plus the great waterfront location, makes 8Knots ideal for a breakfast, morning coffee or evening dinner at the weekend. 8Knots has a great team including chefs and hospitality, who is adding extra inspiration to the dishes. Credit for the 8Knots success must also go to hard-working manager Saru Tiwari who has been part of the team since 2018

This weekend I had the pleasure of dining at 8 Knots cafe in Bayview and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I walked in, the exceptional customer service left me feeling welcomed and cared for. The breakfast with friends and the lunch platter boxes for us to take onto the boat were absolutely amazing . Each item was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. It was clear that the team at 8 Knots put a lot of thought and care into each dish. The cafe’s atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends or simply relax with a good book. Above all, I appreciated the dedication to customer satisfaction displayed by the staff, particularly Sunny, he went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was nothing short of amazing. I cannot recommend 8 Knots cafe enough, and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for a truly outstanding dining experience!

I regularly visit 8 knots, for two reasons the food is absolutely delicious! It’s reasonably priced, and the dishes are of high quality. Secondly the location, it’s pretty much on the water, so if it’s a nice day it’s the perfect spot to grab takeaway and sit by the water. I would highly recommend this for breakfast or lunch! Also worth noting I attended a birthday catered by 8 knots which they hosted on the grass next to the water. The team was so friendly and the event was highly memorable.
