In terms of comfort food, it’s hard to go past pillowy soft gnocchi. It’s even better when coated with a delicious Ragu. There’s also a good reason why this place is consistently one of the top, if not the top pizzerias in the region. The award winning prosciutto pizza is truly perfection, and served in a unique way.

My brother invited us to taste the top 1 pizza in Australia. When I arrived, I saw they(2 adults and 3 kids) sitting under camper and outdoor heaters of the restaurant were not worked. I asked my brother and daughter why the heaters were not working? They told me the waiter had tried to turn on them and said two heaters were all broken. But during we ate dinner, another Caucasian customers(2 adults and 2 kids) were sitting near the heater. Then another waiter turned on the heater. We were unhappy why they said their heaters were broken. Then my brother argued him and told him our feelings. He told us that they just need to change gas and no one told him about it. Even though their pizzas were tasted delicious, I did not agree eating under camper in the winter is a good idea.

Great atmosphere and great service from staff. The gnocchi was great along with the calamari. The Di Parmi pizza wasn’t too bad, but could use a bit more kick to it. It’s just my preference however but do try out this place! It’s great!

Had to get the Di parma pizza which was ranked #1 Pizza in Australia Pizza World Championships in 2019. The thin crust with the perfectly balanced toppings and having to spread out the prosciutto to your liking was amazing. Oven baked gnocchi was so simple but was done extremely well. The gnocchi was perfect little pillows. Mediterranean pasta was so creamy and absolutely soothed my soul. It was so flavourful, whilst delicate with the seafood. You also can’t end an italian feed without tiramisu. This was a great way to end the night.

Weekend away in Melbourne when Time Out Melbourne announced the winner of the best pizzeria of 2023 in Australia, yes Nation Best Pizza of Pizzas! Both my mate and I made a dash to the branch closest to us at their South Yarra’s ground. Luckily for us there’s one slot left for the “one hour” placement available on that Saturday dinner time. I can attest to this place popularity. Start with their wall of fame, displaying award after awards of winnings. The restaurant was already nearly full when we arrived; were 15 minutes late and were reminded that our table will not hold for more than 50 mins top. He wasn’t zesting, the next couple did arrive and claimed said table. Also evidence of how good those gnocchi and pizzas are, 50 mins are plenty of time to get a drink – or two as we managed to sneak in their amazing macchiato – and gobble down both gnocchi and pizza. Not leaving one crumb behind. Trusting that in the usual and unhurried, not arriving late mode, the restaurant can be romantic and a place to hang about. Also, the kitchen staffs are clearly masters to be able to serve meal that is speedy and deliciously within the minutes allocated to their patrons. Here is fast but not necessarily furious. So we will definitely go back but the next time we want to take our time.
