I absolutely love 3rd Avenue! It’s hard to find a place with vegan options where non vegan eaters are also happy to go. Both my boyfriend (non vegan) and I, enjoy the food here and have never been disappointed with a dish!

We had a great Sunday Brunch here. The food taste great that we are able to clean the plate. Very Descent Price Range and Satisfying Service Did I mention the coffee here is one of the Best. Make Sure to book a table as they are Fully book most of the times. Parking area is very accessible , It is close to Catholic Church so if your keen to have a nice Brunch after mass you can enjoy here.

This place has awesome food . Love the crispy healthy chicken burger and tasty fries. The golden latte was different but really nice , and the Boston beans was delicious, great and healthy flavours, nice eggs. It’s just delicious… their menu looked appetising and went with the granola, which was perfect…fresh, filling, and beautifully presented. El grande is always a great choice, have had it multiple times. Staff are always friendly, professional and polite. Coffee is great most all of the time (only once it was mid/average). Most recent visit the table was clean but just a tad sticky. The ordering setup can be daunting at first but once you work it out it’s great. You can add more items to your order whilst you’re there. Be mindful it’s wireless so the further away you sit the harder it can be to order. 10/10 food and service, we keep finding ourselves coming back.
