Took away my lunch with sushi hub at George Street today. I was expected the fresh sushi from sushi hub as usual, but this time they really disappoint me. The salmon was dry, fishy and not fresh, the rice of the nigiri was hard, that was probably from yesterday left overs. Hope you guys can improve the quality of sushi hub.
