I had read so many negative and few positive feedback from people, I feel like their staff are working really really hard and I have been great experiences there. The food was clean and especially the very kind customer members and welcome myself and my mother. They had great customer service, and whenever I stopped at Gundagai, I would visit again.

Food might have been good. But there was barely any options for meat or salads at 1:30 in the afternoon, but more importantly the customer service was awful by one particular girl, no respect shown to the customers not even a smile to greet us. We had to lean into the counter just to hear her speak and she also almost threw the change back at us, absolutely disgusting experience.

Was I at a Westfield food court? I honestly don’t know. The three starts that this restaurant received was due to the tastiness of my sub, it was delicious. Unfortunately this restaurant couldn’t achieve a five star rating off of me due to the unfriendly nature of the young girl that served me. The workers seemed as if they did not want to be there, a smile was not present and that is a thing I find is key in a restaurant setting. The tables were all over the place you could not eat in privacy as there was no booth to eat in. Behind the counter was very messy the salads were not contained very well (lettuce was everywhere) definitely recommend stopping to get something to eat if you do not want to be greeted friendly and if you want to eat in your car.

Bread was over cooked, crumbled everywhere and shouldn’t have been served, not how subway bread is baked. Salads weren’t sliced (e.g cucumber) and staff were very unfriendly. Could tell they didn’t want to be there let alone serve us.

Two stars is for the food itself – Subway food is always a good choice however the service left a lot to be desired! Incredibly slow with a ridiculously long line, made worse by the sloth like movements of the staff. Made a quick lunch stop into a thirty minute experience. They also gave me the wrong drink which in my frustration I didn’t check before quickly leaving – which is on me for not checking but frustrating nonetheless. The entire staff clearly wanted to be anywhere other than working at subway and that reflected in the service.
