SHUT THE BLOODY PLACE. Nothing good to say about this joint the two young lads had no idea gave me someone else’s order after checking it twice so someone had my order. I had to try and find him but couldn’t. Walked back in and said I wanted another one but they continued to serve others when we were at the front. Shut the bloody place down or hire new staff. Terrible. Ordered through the app. Was given a wrap instead of a large salad (I can’t eat wheat). My son ordered a footlong sub with mayo but instead got a spicy sauce and couldn’t eat his either. Spent an hour so far trying to phone the restaurant but the line is always ‘busy’ with no voicemail option. No option to apply for a refund through the app, only an offer of a “free cookie” for submitting feedback. $36.50 down the drain.

bunch of slow confused young people. The bloke serving the mrs forgot about her for about 2mins and barely cut the bread yet and walked off and started doing other jobs that he should prioritise later. One of the chicks was waving around the snitty the mrs wanted then tried putting them on the sandwich when the bloke making the sandwich wasn’t ready to put the meat on she could’ve just placed it next to the sandwich. When we wanted cookies he just grabbed them with his hands wearing the same gloves he used to pick up all the ingredients for the sandwiches. They fked up someone else’s order and gave them a completely different sub. And they fked up an Uber order completely forgot to put the meat on it and they already packed it away into the bag. The order wanted double choc cookies and they supposedly ran out of ( they didn’t they grabbed some out from the back ) and tried giving the order choc chip cookies. They weren’t organised at all everyone was doing 5 different things at once

Service was good and staff were friendly. They must have been advised to skimp on the salad. Was give 5 small pieces of onion and not much more carrot. Bread was limited to white only and meatballs were average. Plenty of other options in the area I would recommend before this place
