The supervisor is a bit too immature. I observed him escalating an inquiry into an argument. the customer had a simple problem with the app order. A mature manager may have handled the error better. I did not get what I asked for either. The chips in my order were old and re cooked . I asked for wings in my order at the counter and received legs.

Ordered a tropical pack and the 10 cheese nuggets. Not only was the chicken dry it was like it was cooked 2 days ago and juat reheated ,the pineapple fritters were also slightly overcooked.I requested a bit of seasoning ( a micro bit was what I got ). The chips were on the soggy side and no extra salt as requested, as for the nuggets, they weren’t actually too bad except for the fact that if you buy nuggets from the competition, they usually ask you what dipping sauce you would like. I had to ask for the dipping sauce and then had to pay for them ( absolutely appalling to be honest ). However. Even thought I gave a very poor poor rating, the young man ,his/him or whatever they like being called these days was very pleasant to deal with so well done chap well done .

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered an online pickup and ended up waiting 30 minutes for the food. When I went to the counter and asked how much longer the food will be, they tried to hand me our food which had sat for over 20 minutes without being called. The food was cold, I asked for it to be remade..so now I had waited a total of 40 minutes in the end. We went to walk away FINALLY with our hot food and were loudly told to “PLEASE ENJOY” in the most sarcastic tone.
