We purchased 5 coffees and other food items; and when asked for some hot water for baby formula, the lady with the tattoos on the coffee machines said “it’s bit cheap to ask for that” TOTAL SHAME! Hope the owner, the manager will ask this lady to be humane and show some respect to patrons.

This service centre has really changed for the worse. There used to be loads of souvenirs and food in what is perhaps going to be a renovation of the location? Well , i hope so. The carpark area is shocking, with soo many big potholes. I doubt there’s been any repairs to it for years. I’ve been going there over a 10 year period because I know it’s there. But at $6.50 for a small muffin, and not even a few chocolate bars (for something cheaper)? I don’t think I’ll bother again.
