Our services include breakfast and lunch options on the go – or chill in our lovely space to enjoy the good vibes. Healthy smoothies, energy tea, protein snacks and more are available. We also offer health evaluations, nutrition and mindset workshops and personal coaching. We are passionate to see people make sustainable changes to a better life.

The atmosphere and setting for a small cafe were welcoming but the smoothies I was sold were just powdered drinks, like a protein shake. I was told to really pay attention to how I felt after I drank the smoothie, rather than think about the taste.. they sounded great and the flavours were very appealing so I grabbed two.
