People need to realise that a fast food outlet is for fast food service!! It’s bad enough with people going to the counter not knowing what they are wanting ( and I feel for the staff when this happens) but for staff the carry on a conversation with customers who they go to school while the line grows longer, is a reflection on the management’s lack of training their staff. Something this company was always so proud of in days long gone!

This is probably the pick of the 2 McDonald’s in Devonport for what passes as food. It doesn’t have a playground for the kids, but for people wanting to get in and out, or for those coming off the boat and wanting a quick stop, ease of access and parking for cars and caravans or motorhomes, then this is the place. There’s fuel and other food options available for those who don’t want McDonald’s.

It’s been a solid 10 years since I’ve been to Maccas & let’s just say I’m very impressed & surprised. The food tastes amazing & yet familiar, I got hit by a (taste) nostalgia truck. When there isn’t a million people (Usually after 5 on Friday) the service is extremely fast.

Went there this morning, daughter asked us to grab some pancakes for her, was craving them, went there, got home, no butter or syrup! Shouldn’t that be a no brainer! One let down girl, would have taken it back, but have travelled 20 minutes, also went in there a few weeks ago, before school, a quick maccas run, 25 minutes later! Short staffed, get it together, very disappointing
