Was not that busy. After waiting 15 min I go up to the counter for my triple cheese burger meal t/a. Hadn’t been made till I complained. I should’ve taken a photo of the burger. Was an old burger, patties so dry the bun wasn’t even soft. Probably left on the warmer.

Unfortunately they seem to have slipped in recent months, they seem to have very inexperienced staff, which works mean it is a training or management issue. Twice they have forgotten about us after parking us, and we’ve had to walk in and remind them, even though the order is flashing red on their screen, and we’ve seen other people walking in and doing the same too. The food is ok, but their service has noticeably dropped off and we are hoping they pick up again because it was our regular stop off to Perth for lunch for many years.

I wish I could give this place less stars!! Absolutely awful first time experience. We went through the drive through and almost had to cancel our order as we had no idea what the lady was saying and although we told her we wanted a GRILLED chicken snack wrap, she put crispy. When we went to pay, we had to order it there face to face because we couldn’t understand her at all!! We eventually got our order through, but when we went to pick it up, we told the man that the lady had put CRISPY chicken snack wrap, but he didn’t really care and said yeh it’s grilled. So when we received it we found out it was crispy and not grilled at all. We parked and went to change it and we as well as lots of other people were being ignored like we were invisible. Eventually someone came to us to swap the warp for a grilled one which took ages, and felt like they were only serving drive through.

Young boy that served me was very polite. Hardly anyone in store. Still had to wait in parking bay,for cold fries,cold burger and onirings that tasted like they had been cooked in very old oil. Food was disappointing.

Food is okay, average at it’s best. But the drink is terrific. Ordered an iced chocolate, received an iced dissaponting. The barista lady put her self in an unnecessary rush and pretend to get things done in a timely fashion at quiet hours, loud speaking or perhaps yelling towards colleagues and prepared a couple of drinks order in an unprofessional manner and even slammed a cup of coffee to serve the gentleman Infront of my order. Chocolate syrup all squizzed at the bottom, topped up with lots of ice, then milk and water without blending them together. Couldn’t even be considered as an iced chocolate drink. Will not consider to waste money to order drinks from this store. Dissaponting.
