Move the chips to the side and this is how it looks. Everything looks like they are just dumped together. Also might as well don’t give the napkins when both napkins given are served with oil and sauces. Don’t work if you do not have the heart to properly pack our food.

Absolutely disgusting place. I’m reviewing as a delivery driver. Staff beyond useless. Made me wait 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then tried to hand me the wrong order twice.

Ordered a chocolate soft serve along with other things today. The stripey blonde hair girl did a terrible job of making that soft serve, it leaned to one side and half melted. The ice cream tip was touching the back of her hand when she brought the food over to the counter. I asked for a replacement soft serve and she ignored me and walked away.

This is the best McDonald’s in Newcastle area. Always the freshest food and best service at the 24/7 drive thru. I frequent this establishment late at night and its always fresh and juicy in comparison to other McDonald’s in Newcastle area – such as Mayfield, Newcastle CBD (king street) and charlestown… This is the best by far.

Called in on a Friday night at about 10.30 for a snack. This place seems typical of most Maccas these days with bored staff and dirty tables. Services was atrocious! 45 minutes to get a toasted sandwich and a juice. Really! The place wasn’t crowded and staff were just standing around for a lot of the time. Toastie was thrown together and pretty ordinary. Don’t waste your time…go to a Servo and buy a pie instead!

Ordered a frozen coke got a small coke at window said I ordered a large frozen coke she turned her back and walked away we then asked to have it while offering the coke back and she said I can’t do that and walked away her attitude was not respectful 12:15pm 5/9/23 was a girl manager. Ridiculous.

Worst service ever, chips only 3/4 full on one order, chicken burger came with cheese in bottom of box with burger on top of it, took it back & the response was “not my problem”as the staff member walked away. Everything dumped in the bag, tables not cleaned. Would not recommend anyone to go there as it was not a busy time, only a few people in the restaurant.
