Waited 20 minutes for wicked wings through drive thru. Had to go into store to follow-up order to find out they hadn’t started cooking it! Finally received after long wait. Tiny wings ever!

Staff are obviously doing the best they can to keep up with the Saturday night rush and they were all working extremely hard. Only criticism is drive-thru was clearly being way prioritised over walk ins, which I understand but I unfortunately had to wait over 40 minutes when the car I would have been behind in drive-thu went through in 5! Drive-thru is it next time!

Unbelievably poor service when handed my meal in store by the staff member with the thick red plat/braid in her hair. Didn’t smile or acknowledge me when she handed me my food, was very quick to dismiss me, turn her back and walk away without saying a word. Not only that but I ordered a Tenders Box and the Tenders were less than half the size you would get at other stores. A glorified nugget.

-1/10 . This kfc is the worst. Stale buns, it even smelled, had something alike mold. Chickens were raw and looked so stale. Moreover, even the chips were so soggy. Worst kfc I ever had. They missed my orders, wrong order, wrong sauces and the big issue ; food that you can’t even have. Never going to order from this place again. If possible, would rate it -1/10. Hate this place.
