The last two times I have been to the Jessica Rd Cafe the food from the bain marie was basically cold. On another occasion I asked for a ham and cheese toastie and got a bacon and egg sandwich, again couldnt describe it as warm from the bain marie. If you go here ask for the food to be cooked fresh, at least it will be hot!

They have good deals during the day like a $5 cheeseburger and chips deal at break time which I get regularly and there’s breakfast and lunch time burger deals. Cans of cold drink are about as cheap as you’ll find anywhere: 2 for $3. One day I’ll get around to trying their proper meals which all look nice. Staff are always friendly. It’s not a high-class restaurant because it’s for the industrial workers of the area. I personally like the informal atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor seating and there’s usually a tv playing sports and a heater going when it’s cold outside.

Salad was half cooked and when complained and starters arguing as pumpkin is supposed to be cut with knife which was not and she kept on insisting it is cooked and was not getting squashed with fingers. What else proof is wanted and thrown my card and when asked no answer. Nothing professional and no manners for customer service
