I can’t give you a better feedback due to allergies restrictions. I went with the salad very simple and brown rice green tea. The ambiance, amazing, music goes along with the restaurants’s theme. Patrons amazing, she gave her all to ensure that I don’t get anything with gluten. Tea was ok. I will not be coming back though.

Had lunch there and it was pretty terrible. The dumplings we’re pretty sure came from coles frozen and the Chicken was dry, the crab just don’t bother. The sushi was the only thing we enjoyed off a mixed order.

Ordered food online. Food was delivered cold. And missing multiple dishes. Called restaurant and asked if they could deliver missing dishes, they said no we asked for a refund on missing items, they said no. Had to drive to restaurant to collect our food. Which was also cold.

Staff very friendly but meal very disappointing knowing they had numerous chefs, kitchen hands many dishes came out of a packet. We were told it was very time consuming to do Tempura Prawns and vegetables. Rubbish laziness but if continue like this they won’t be in business for long. Such a shame. Bought product is more expensive than producing it yourself and would be far more satisfying for staff and customer

Great Japanese restaurant in Armidale. The food was delicious and great value; can highly recommend the Chicken Katsu Curry and Pork Gyoza. Service was super friendly.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, and the service/quality of food seems to get worse every time. We went here tonight and ordered food before everyone else. We ordered three meals, one meal came about 10 minutes after ordering, the second meal came out about 30 minutes after and the third meal came out after 40 minutes. There were people that had ordered after us and they got their food before us. The quality of food was also bad. I ordered the Shoyu Pork Ramen and it had zero taste. Didn’t even have toppings that ramen generally has. Looked cheaply and poorly made. The broth literally tasted like hot water mixed with milk. A complete disappointment. I don’t want to come here again and don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Service was good and food was okay, but nothing to make us think we would go back. We ate out on the patio area which was very grubby. Lots of grime and cobwebs … even on the chairs. The door leading back into the restaurant was filthy. Management needs to get someone out there with a broom, scrubbing brush and detergent.
