Shocking. This is what you pay $10+ for upgrade to a “large” combo. Barely any fries in the container. 1/4 full, stale. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Don’t bother going when the shop is quiet coz the quality is simply non existent.

As I’m fan of GYG, I can see this shop makes good food with quality consistency. There is a dining area on the corridor but quite limited seats, so please bear in mind. Also, FYI, this shop doesn’t have a soft serve.

Extremely dangerous and bad practices at your lane cove shop! I order weekly from the lane cove GYG and unfortunately they never get my order correct. I’m always waiting another 10 minutes to receive my order correctly. Worst of all today watched them make my food and accidentally put chicken in the food. They quickly realised the order was with NO chicken so I witnessed them hand pick all the chicken out and then proceed to serve me the meal once the chicken had been picked out. I have an allergy to chicken and this was extremely dangerous!! You cannot contaminate a meal with a product and simply pick it out thinking this will solve the problem. The residue of the chicken contaminated the surrounding food! This is very bad and illegal practices. I’v been in tears today at the thought of what would have occurred today if I consumed this meal. I’m very disappointed and will be contacting the food safety department and your head office.

Paid $13 for a burrito bowl with undercooked rice in it.. Rice was hardly 25% cooked or even less.. I could eat raw rice soaked overnight…just bcz it’s take out. These are under the impression people won’t go back and give the food back… At least value for money is something u can least provide..
