#Donwoori is a Korean BBQ restaurant located just right opposite the famous Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne. It’s one of our favourite go-to restaurants for Korean BBQ, especially during winter. The marinated beef is delicious, and especially the set meal is value for money – you can get 3 different cuts of meat + rice + soup + homemade sides for less than $60 if you pay by cash. We’ve been there for a few years now, and the food and services have been consistent. It has not been any disappointment so far! P/S Note to the owner, the scan and order system doesn’t work.

We ordered the beef set for 2 and it was excellent. The meats were so juicy and delicious, particularly the scotch fillet. The corn cheese which came with the set was really good too. We also ordered a japchae which was so flavourful and its noodles were nice and bouncy. Super kind and friendly service.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is by far the best in town and the service is top notch. As much as we love the food we always come back for the outstanding service. Everyone is so attentive but Jess is really amazing. Thank you Jess for your brilliant service and friendly attitude!

DonWoori. One of our fave places to go and eat KBBQ. Even when they’re super busy. They are still able to provide exceptional service with a smile on their face. Great service and food. A little different to bbq we have had overseas but the staff were super helpful and catered for a bad allergy. Highly recommended. Total bill $75 for three of us (without drinks) – excellent value.

I definitely enjoyed it! It was one of the few kbbq spots open at 5pm. We were able to get a table outside, service was good! Everything went pretty smooth.

Food: We had the 2people set for $61 dollars, with the soybean beef, there was a good amount of side dishes, the meat tasted especially good with the onions and we ate everything except the corn. We also received little marshmallows which was cute. There’s a 5% discount when using cash and a surcharge for using card. The only improvement I would recommend is more meat and more maccaroni pasta, but other than that it was nice.
