I was able to overlook the first slice of salmon sashimi that had bones still in it, but by the third slice I don’t think you can call it sushi anymore. My friends had various nori rolls and all thought it was sub par. Sorry Blue Fin, I think your sushi chef needs some more experience. I might try you again in 6 months and see if there is any improvement but first impression is a fail.

Sushi rolls bought today were stale – the rice was completely dry and expect at least 1-2 days old. The sashimi however was delightful.

Don’t use real seaweed in sushi rolls. Sushi is not fresh gets put back into the fridge at the end of each day and then put out again the next day over and over. Expensive garbage. Don’t waste your time or money here. BTW owner should read all the reviews mostly poor and take feedback from customers and adjust business accordingly rather than calling your customers liars
