Placed my order via their app. It automatically changed from delivery to pick up upon checking out. I was in isolation due to having covid. I called the store to have it changed. They told me I would have to cancel and reorder. I hung up and tried but there was no cancel option. I called them back and was informed it wasn’t their problem. We made it clear we couldn’t pick it up and the reason why.
